LIFEHACKS

for looking after your mental health

**LOOK OUT FOR OUR SOCIAL MEDIA LIFEHACKS LAUNCHING MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 2026**

'We’re a group of young people who have spent time together talking about mental health and how it affects us. We’ve been thinking about how to help ourselves manage our mental health and how to help our friends when they’re struggling too. So we’ve come up with a set of LifeHacks to help you and your friends to keep mentally healthy!

After all, Mental Health is something you DO, not something you HAVE. We want to help you and your friends take action for positive mental health.'

'An important thing I forget to do when supporting a friend is to do fun things with them and not simply discuss mental health. From spending time with my friend and not just talking has meant that our friendship has grown stronger and both of us feel happier.'

LifeHacks for mental wellbeing Covid-19:

Tips written to support young people during the coronavirus pandemic

We believe that mental health is something we do, not something we have. It’s about doing things that help keep us well and happy, or that help us feel better when things are tough. Well, with Covid-19 things are pretty tough, so we reworked the Lifehacks for life under a global pandemic.
