The SHED Induction Training 

The SHED will be a resource for Somerset staff that work with children and families. Staff from specific groups and organisations, that have undergone a full induction programme training will be able to book single or multiple visits, up to three a term, to use the hub independently with groups of up to 15 fully supervised children and young people.

The Induction Training includes:

• How to make safe and responsible use of The SHED and surrounding outdoor areas
• Parking, access to the building, security
• Available resources and additional activities for users
• A tour of the wider field and areas designated to support learning at The SHED
• Itinerary for tidying and cleaning the facilities
