In this video Dr Pooky Knightsmith discusses the importance of good sleep hygiene (which is a slightly daft phrase we use to refer to "the recommended behavioural and environmental practice that is intended to promote better quality sleep") and I think about simple steps that we can take to enable us to get sleep that is better in terms of both quality and quantity.
