These toolkits have been designed by Somerset Public Health with the collaboration and support from a range of professionals, services and organisations.

The toolkit topics are based on local Somerset Priorities identified through the Somerset Schools Health & Wellbeing Survey (SHAWS), feedback from services, partners, education and Health Indicators of need.
